About Our Project

What is being proposed?

A carefully designed co-living accommodation project providing small private apartments with shared communal facilities such as living areas, laundries, co-working spaces and beautiful gardens. With lower individual rental costs compared to traditional self-contained apartments or houses and the inclusion of utilities in the rental price (such as electricity, gas, water, internet), the project strives to provide tenants with greater financial predictability.

The small private apartments will be furnished, further reducing upfront costs for tenants, especially those relocating from outside the Shire. The project will also provide flexible lease terms to suit individuals requiring greater mobility and adaptability.

The Nest will provide smaller, more apartments catering to diverse demographics beyond traditional family homes and will be ideal for a range of community members including nurses, teachers, police, essential services, and seasonal workers in agriculture or tourism requiring flexible, short to-medium term accommodation.
